Rivervale Barn Wedding

Feb 4, 2022 | Weddings

I first met bride-to-be Louise at my photography stand at The National Wedding Show, Olympia in London in 2019, she booked me to photograph her 2020 wedding, sadly due to the pandemic Louise and Mitchell’s wedding had to be postponed several times. It finally went ahead in February 2022 at the fabulous Rivervale Barn in Hampshire.

The day began with Louise and her eight bridesmaids getting ready in the Rivervale Cottage, the hair and makeup was done by Bethany Lowther Hair and Lucy Workman MUA. Louise’s spectacular wedding gown was by Essence of Australia purchased from Pure Couture Bridal.

Louise got ready with the help from her team of bridesmaids. Once she was dressed her father came to see her for the first time in her dress, I really love capturing real moments like this.

Louise and Mitchell married each other in the beautiful ceremony barn with its dramatic floor to ceiling windows where the natural light poured in. After the couple’s emotional ceremony, I photographed the newlyweds confetti shots, champagne reception, family and friends group photographs and the couples portraits around the  stunning grounds of Rivervale Barn. Louise then threw her bouquet for her single girlfriends to catch!

The wedding breakfast turned into a fabulous party right in the middle of the main course as The Function Band entertained everyone with their incredible music, which got everyone up and dancing and continued late into the evening.
