The months before

Your experience

I want you to feel like you’re spending time with a friend. Someone you know, and trust. Someone who understands you, and makes you feel safe.

So we’ll meet up beforehand, and take a stroll around your venue. You can show me all the things you fell in love with, the spaces you’re obsessed with; how you want your day to look, and feel.

And if you have any concerns, we’ll chat through them together. Call me, email me, lean on me for help.

Let’s plan a day where everything’s taken care of. Every “what if…?” covered, every vision made real.

And when your day finally arrives, you can let go of everything and just drift into the day.

The way your fingers rest gently on their shoulder; the look in their eyes as they smile back.

How your foot falls on the path, and flows as you walk. When you’re laughing, and it’s the best bit of the laugh- waited for, captured, and kept safe in a frame.

And before long, you’ll forget I’m there. Lost in each other, laughing with each other- kissing, dancing, chatting away. Impossibly happy in that just-married glow.

Then it’s screaming-with-excitement, and “you look amazing!” That held-breath moment as *that* song starts to play. A racing heart, and a “this is it!” smile.

Held hands at the altar, and looks that speak worlds. Tears, and smiles, and fiddled-with tissues. A Hollywood kiss in a petal-scattered aisle.

Then it’s catch-ups in the garden, and drinks on the terrace. Those hand-in-hand strolls away from the world. Toasts, and stories from when you were little; head-back laughter and mascara tears. The blurring of moments as the evening unfolds.
