Like many couples, Catherine and Thomas were supposed to get married in 2020, but due to the government restrictions and the pandemic they had to postpone their special day several times. They finally got to have their incredible wedding day this summer and everything went perfectly!

The pair had their wedding at the stunning Offley Place, which is a photographers dream with all of the beautiful natural light everywhere with glass ceilings in the conservatory where the couple had their wedding ceremony and also in the main ballroom where the wedding reception was held.

Catherine & Thomas who have a huge passion for birds of prey, had a magnificent barn owl called Issy fly their wedding rings down the aisle to them during their wedding ceremony. It was such a magical moment and a complete surprise for their stunned wedding guests.

After the couples emotional wedding ceremony their wedding guests made a long confetti line outside the main entrance at Offley Place, this was followed by a drinks reception in the grounds with a variety of birds of prey displays. After I photographed the individual group shots, I photographed the whole wedding party in the shape of a heart on the lawn.

The beautiful red vintage car belonged to the father of the bride. I took plenty of shots of Catherine and her father in the car as they took a drive around the grounds together before the wedding, followed by shots of the newlyweds in the evening. I also took some shots of the couple in the beautiful rose gardens before heading back to the wedding reception to photograph the cutting of the cake and the first dance.

The images at the end are a selection I photographed of Catherine and Thomas’s engagement photography session at Kew Gardens in May.

Here is a small selection of images that I photographed earlier this year in May at Catherine and Thomas’s engagement photography session at Kew Gardens.
